Designed to celebrate Mount Currie and the surrounding forest, nestled directly within mountain bike trails
Designed to celebrate Mount Currie and the surrounding forest, this 4,800 sq ft home features floor-to-ceiling windows and sun-drenched interiors. Nestled directly within mountain bike trails, the project offers a rare combination of immersive nature, privacy, and modern mountain living.
Built by Balmoral Construction with architecture by Stark Architecture, the residence is a masterclass in quiet modernism. Expansive glazing connects the interiors to the alpine landscape, offering uninterrupted views that flood the space with light and create a seamless indoor-outdoor rhythm.
A warm palette of white oak, minimalist millwork by Blueprint Millwork, honed stone, and matte black accents sets the tone for spaces that feel both elevated and understated. From the sculptural stone island anchoring the kitchen to the spa-like bathroom and floor-to-ceiling Innotech windows lining the social spaces, each detail is intentional.
